  Took Alexa's prenatal yoga class and it was so healing. Love how dark the room is, great music, and super friendly vibes. Loved
  one of the restorative poses so much I almost fell asleep!!! They had a lactation specialist at the end with loads of information. It was a great experience!!!

  just joined this studio and i am loving it so far! the instructors are amazing and the vibe is great. the manager (and teacher!) jen was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. you will leave each class feeling accomplished. i only wish they had more classes available with more of an even mix! i’d be in heaven if they had one barre class every evening and one yoga class every evening. i cannot attend any classes mid day as i am working. my favorite class is the hot yoga and i believe they only offer it twice per week right now. their latest class on saturdays is 9am. i personally prefer medium intensity in my practice as sometimes my body does not want to be pushed, and i think this studio is ideal for someone who prefers a fast paced environment. all that being said, it is still the best studio i have found in the area!

  I took my first yoga class here and I've taken about 20 classes here since. I'm honestly scared to go anywhere else because I think nothing could compare to this place! Every class is truly an experience. My favorite is hot yoga. They have overhead heaters, the room is dimly lit, the music is perfectly calming, and the end of class getting a cold lavender towel is THE best. The instructors are friendly and healing. I recommend this to anyone looking to try yoga or barre.

  I’m so glad I found this gem! The studio is absolutely beautiful and Angela and the BYE community are so welcoming and empowering. The atmosphere is serene and calming (with lavender towels after class!), the classes are fun and challenging, and the instructors are so kind and motivating. Angela is always offering fun challenges and events (I won a month of unlimited classes in an easter egg hunt after class!). I started going to BYE about a year ago and it has quickly become my favorite place to center myself, recharge, set an intention, and move with others. I always leave feeling more grounded, grateful, and energized. I’m so glad I found such a beautiful studio owned and run by empowering women so close to home! Some of my favorite classes are Barre with Holly and Sarah and Hot Yoga with Jen!
