    Joined Medi Weight Loss in May 2017. By January 2018 I am 60 pounds lighter. What did I do??? I followed the program. It was that simple. I also wanted my self back. Tired of being overweight.

    I was able to lose 42lbs. in 6 months by following the medi-weight loss plan. I felt the one to one counseling was a tremendous help. Also, keeping a food journal made me be accountable for all I ate!
