(October 20, 2020, 12:02 pm)I have been waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered for 3 weeks. The delivery truck finally came this morning. The JB Hunt’s delivery guy took a look and told me that the 25cu refrigerator is too heavy to bring up to the 2nd floor. This reason is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for another 2 weeks for the delivery and hopefully JB Hunt can resolve this problem.
J. B. Hunt responses to me quickly and have my refrigerator delivered within a week. Thanks to Carli and Craig. They are nice and professional. We are happy with their delivery services.
