  The nurses are prompt, receptionist is helpful, my doctor (Kathleen Nieman) is awesome, and most staff are friendly. Phlebotomist made it a crappy visit however. She had me waiting 40 minutes until I walked in ( my name was on the queue but she never grabbed me) and she was just sitting at her computer. She took my blood but was very rude compared to her coworkers. I took a second to answer her and she went “HELLO?” Just upsetting as I was very late to work.

  The facility might be run down but Dr Ocallo and staff makes up for it. Dr Ocallo is knowledgeable, patient and kind. My parents make appointments here for all of their medical needs even after they moved out of Quincy!
