Compass Furnished Apartments (Headquarters)

We rented furnished housing with Compass for over two months. The apartment really well furnished and had all the furniture one needs to be comfortable. We felt at home right away. The cherry on top was the great service we received Chris Brooks and the compass team. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love the service we got, excellent placement close to T line, supermarkets, restaurants and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, modern touch and livable and breathable, the views are great and it is super comfortable.
Thank you Compass we have nothing to say for improvement as this is already a class above. Keep up the great work!

I had an amazing experience at Urby! The apartments are incredible, super handy, it comes with everything you'll need (for cooking and cleaning purposes). The apartment is super clean and comfortable, I literally have had zero bad points to make to this review! Oh, and AMAZING GYM! It was all incredible - fear not and make your reservation. Plus, I'd like to thank Brian Williams for his kind help throughout the whole booking process. Will definitely stay here again. Wish all the Compass team the best!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hub50. We were connected through Compass and worked with Adam to set up our 2 week stay with our son who had surgery at Boston’s children hospital. Due to the length of our stay and our sons recovery we knew we needed to stay somewhere that felt like home, was clean and we would be able to cook meals and do laundry, through the hospital website We were connected with Adam and Compass and he was able to provide us with a couple options. eventually we decided to pick Hub50 and we are so glad we did.

The apartment itself was extremely clean and very welcoming the beds were so soft and the view was amazing. The house was stocked with pots and pans and dishes, clean linens and towels and it really felt like home. The concierge staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for all our needs. We had issues with Wi-Fi our first couple nights but they were so quick to respond and help us get it fixed so we were able to work from the apartment while staying there.

It was centrally located and we were able to hop on the green line to the hospital or take an Uber. We could walk everywhere we needed and there was so many food option and a grocery store around the corner. This was the most amazing location.

I cannot say enough good things about the quick communication, the wonderful service and the amazing cleanliness of the apartment. We will have to continue care in Boston and have future trips ahead so we plan on contacting Adam and Compass again for those long stays.

Using Compass Furnished Apartments was a great experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone in need of short-term housing. The check-in process was seamless and all details needed for my stay were provided ahead of time. The Compass team was also very communicative and available if/when needed during my stay. The apartment itself was very well kept, including clean linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The staff at The Alyx were excellent as well. I would definitely use them again in the future.
