  I love Shiseido products they can almost sell themselves. However, this establishment has been here for such a long time and they are still going strong. Their excellent customer service skills and wanting to make sure you leave the store confident in your purchase always makes me want to go back. The staff and is very knowledgeable and they won't sell you something you don't need and or want. They have the best facials and I have not gone anywhere else. If you have not come by and/or found this little gem of a store you must stop by, you cannot miss it, it is up at the Dollar Store off Quincy Ave.

  To make it fair enough, I change three stars to four stars. My experience is true. I will tell you all my experience in this shop so that other customers could decide if they would like to shop in this shop by themselves. I bought a product several months ago. Today I searched it's expired date and I found that they gave me a product that would be expired in ten months. It was winter. They knew I haven't finished my last bottle of that product. They knew I would not use it up quickly. I will never go there again.
  It's really funny. This shop reply to me like this. I will never let you know my personal information. You said it does not have an expired date. It is ridiculous. It has a code so that customers could search it on app to know it's expired date. You know I haven't finished my last bottle of that product and you still choose to give me a product which will be expired in ten months. It's your choice. I choose to write this experience online and not to paid for loss like this again. It is my choice. It is my pleasure to tell other costumers this experience. If they think your behavior is ok, it will hurt nothing, right?

  A luxurious 90-min facial without breaking the bank! Forget the swanky and pretentious spas. This place does not have an overly “fancy” appearance, but they are professional, friendly, very clean, and just gave me one of the best 90-min facial for under $100. You cannot find that anywhere in Boston or the surrounding area. My gal, Mindy was very sweet and did a fabulous job. She gave me her best recommendation without trying to “sell”. Overall, wonderful place for ladies and gent to receive a facial.

  When my husband and I visited Boston, a friend of mine strongly suggested that I come to the age for regular facial care. I had gone to facial spar several times in New York, but ,for different reasons ,none of them make me want to go again.
  However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received here. The facial rooms were super clean, quiet, neat and elegant. Two facial technicians served us in the same room at the same time (although we could have chosen to be in separate rooms). Neither of the facial technicians spoke fluent English, but you could for different reasons tell and feel they were very experienced and professional. One technician spent a long time trying to take off a black spot from my forehead, and trying to clean the black points from my nose, with great patience. Later, my nose really came out clean and that black spot on forehead was gone.
  The technicians are also professional in that they don’t ask too many questions about you. But I learned a lot from them about how to protect my face and what kind of skin lotion suit my skin. She suggested two good products at reasonable and acceptable prices. They are really right choice to my skin. The ones I had used before are too oily. Since then I stick to the two skin cares she suggested.
