Service department has been just as good. Staff are professional. friendly and eager to please. Complimentary car washes & a loaner vehicle if service is longer than 2 hours.

I was helped by Anastasia, who took her time explaining my options on getting my IS350. It could not have gone any smoother. She also took time to personally show me features in the car interior after I got the keys. I would highly recommend asking for Anastasia! The dealership is also very high end and luxurious. They have many amenities to make you feel comfortable. Great experience and will definitely be back again in the future!

More importantly, they are honest and do not play the typical 'games' you see at most dealerships. I had a great experience working with Nick Salem. Right on down to the financing and app setup, it was a pleasure working with them. I will be back when it is time for my next car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a straight-forward approach to auto buying.

Very clean and the decor is posh. Lexus brand is great and once you drive a Lexus, you do not want to drive any other car. Prices are great as well.

1 - I purchased an Infinity through this dealership a couple years ago. They were very knowledgeable of the car and its features even though it was an off brand car for them. Everything from the test drive, to financing, to delivery was made incredibly easy, and the staff was was always friendly.
2 - Recently I went back to test drive a Lexus I saw listed online. I walked in and Patty Quick took me out for a test drive. I instantly loved the car, however the person who test drove it before me bought it while I was driving it. Patty went above and beyond to keep helping me. She looked up all cars in inventory at their location and surrounding locations that were in a similar price range. The next day I got a follow up call regarding my visit and that she was going to monitoring new listings to match what I was looking for.
Again, I'm so impressed with the level of customer service this dealership offers. Both great experiences I've had here will keep me coming back as well as referring my family and friends.
