Beacon Mechanical Service

We had our hot water heater replaced and found Beacon Mechanical Service to be very helpful in selecting a heater, and the setup was done in a professional manner. We also had all our questions answered. Installation prices were fair market price.

Beacon Mechanical swapped in a new combi system for my older boiler and rerouted pipes out of my foundation.

The process wasn't without hiccups, including a much longer time to fully complete the secondary piping project, some miscommunications with scheduling and mass save rebates and heat loan docs, and at some points some differences of opinion on what work was for what project.

If I were to do it again I would ensure that I had a more full understanding of the mass save side of things and ask some more questions up front to ensure we were on the same page.

That said, when all was said and done, Beacon and their great staff including the all-star Mike did solid work for a really reasonable price. Although at time it felt like maybe my trust was mis-placed, it was not, the team and leadership are good people, doing their best who want to make it right.
