    Hello,

    I brought the paperwork from my previous purchase. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and asked for Patty Flanigan, our salesperson in 2016. Patty was there and came right over to say hello. We reviewed the paperwork and she knew what to show me.

    The purchase was handled efficiently and the store manager came over, introduced himself and thanked me for shopping at Bob's! Nice!

    Delivery is arranged for Tuesday and I'm looking forward to my new bedding.

    Everything was smooth! Thank you!

    My experience at Bob's was fantastic! It was my first time there and I was greeted by Anson. Anson was friendly and helpful and let me know where everything was, when we got there and how to look at the items on the signage. We were able to see what we wanted and Anson was there to assist again in answering all our questions and to complete the purchase. He wasn't pushy at all in trying to sell us anything extra. He understood where we were coming from and helped us along our way. We were in an out under 30 minutes.

    I came into the store and was welcomed immediately! Joel was our salesman and he was fabulous! Joel was very patient with us and extremely helpful!!! I had a very pleasant experience purchasing our beautiful sectional.
    We called customer care and I was pleasantly satisfied with their response. They are sending a service technician out this week to rectify a problem with the ottoman.

    Wasn't sure if I could find a small size recliner chair, but fortunately they had one. Our salesman, Jay, was very helpful, pleasant, and and an all around good guy. A pleasure to do business with him. We are happy customers and will be sure to pass that on to others.

    My sales experience with Christian was exceptional. Within approximately thirty minutes, he educated me with his thorough and most impressive knowledge of Bob's living room sets, including the features and benefits of various fabric options and the variety of sofa sectional configurations. He demonstrated the manner in which pieces connected securely, and encouraged me to test out the comfort of those sets in which I was interested. Christian shared details of financing options, delivery choices, warranty and product availability. He personalized our interaction by articulating his confidence in Bob's products with the mention of his purchase of an adjustable base bed frame. Christian invited me to enjoy a cup of coffee and snack in the Cafe. Because of Christian and the superior customer service he provided along with his no pressure advanced sales skills, I will certainly make my next purchase at Bob's. Christian focused on the overall customer experience, which naturally built trust. His passion for Bob's products, his ability to articulate relevant information, and his deep knowledge of everything "Bob" make him a most valued asset.
