(May 8, 2017, 4:21 pm)I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN…..I ABSOLUTELY LOVE STOUGHTON AUTO BODY. THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER WRITTEN, I NEVER GOT INTO WRITING THEM. PROBABLY BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH AMAZING SERVICE OR MET SUCH AMAZING PEOPLE. THE OWNER MARK IS EXCELLENT, HE’S SO PERSONABLE, HELPFUL, AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO YOU IN DETAIL. HE TAKES HIS TIME TO GO THROUGH YOUR VEHICLE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT BEFORE A VEHICLE LEAVES HIS SHOP. IT SHOWS THE TIME HE PUTS INTO EACH VEHICLE AND THE METICULOUS CARE HE PUTS INTO ANY WORK HE DOES. STOUGHTON AUTO BODY ALSO HAS AN AMAZING OFFICE MANAGER, KATHLEEN. I CAN’T TELL YOU HOW AMAZING SHE IS. SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND SHE ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU. SHE WILL DO WHATEVER SHE NEEDS TO DO TO HELP YOU. SHE IS JUST AMAZING IN EVERY SINGLE WAY. SHE IS A WONDERFUL ASSET TO STOUGHTON AUTO BODY AND I THINK THE ABSOLUTE WORLD OF HER, AS WELL AS, MARK. I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT FOR MARK, FOR THE INCREDIBLY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS HE RUNS, HIS UNBELIEVABLE WORK ETHIC, THE TIME AND DETAIL HE PUTS INTO EVERY VEHICLE SO IT IS PERFECT BEFORE LEAVING HIS SHOP AND I ALSO RESPECT HIM AS A PERSON, HE IS SO KIND AND SO NICE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING HE IS GOING TO DO AND KEEPS YOU IN THE LOOP BEFORE HE DOES ANYTHING. ALL I CAN SAY, IS THAT THIS IS HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN. THEY MADE EVERYTHING A BREEZE AND I DIDN’T HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE, NOR WOULD I ALLOW MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BODY WORK OTHER THAN STOUGHTON AUTO BODY. Kathy who is the office manager was equally as great. I trust them implicitly. Car looked like new and was delivered on time. They also assisted with my car rental. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do it because of my great experience
