CareCentral Urgent Care

So for starters, I am not a fan of walk in clinics. I just obtained new insurance at my current job and found out my primary Dr. Is not covered under my new policy. I called care central and the receptionist was extremely helpful. They took my insurance and were pleasant and responsive to my needs from the start. I would highly recommend going here if you want a doctor who actually listens to you and responds appropriately instead of just going through the motions.

As usual the waiting area was full. I was surprised at how quickly the patients were seen and left. I was escorted into a room took information and a nurse entered the room to check out problem. She stayed and talked to me until she was satisfied as to what the problem was and how to treat it. I was relieved and followed her direction. I left feeling much better. I’ve been here twice now and both times I was very happy with the care I received.. The front desk girls were very pleasant went I walked in! The assistants who came in ask what my issue was and to take my vitals both times came into my room in a timely fashion and were very professional. I saw a nurse practitioner both times and I have to say, I was more than pleased with them!!!! They didn’t rush me, they listened, then examined me. They both explained in depth what was going on and how they were going to treat it.. They were also very patient with all of my questions which is a rarity these days! And just as important, both times I was treated and spoken to with the upmost respect which I so appreciated! I actually had a better experience here than when I go to my primary cares office….I highly recommend this urgent care!!!!!!!!!

I was able to be seen quickly after I called, or my wife did because of men and Drs. right? I'd probably still foolishly be in pain left to my own devices, and I received thorough and professional treatment from the time I walked through the front door until I left with an accurate diagnosis and a prescription and instructions for follow-up. I was completely satisfied with the courteous and professional services and I'm pleased to say that they offer a valuable service to our town and are part of the fabric of the town that transforms it from a town into a community where people actually care about each other and you are more than a number on an insurance card that you leave at the intake desk and then you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, as you do if you go to some other places. Thank you CareCentral Urgent Care. Believe me, they must be good, very good, because I'm not the type that usually recommends a business, especially without reservation. I hope that you never need to use them but if you do you won't be disappointed with their services.
