love this store. I purchased several thing twice a year, just for my retreats. never had a complaint as yet. shopping there since 2006

New England Crafters has a "gift" for carrying a terrific selection of one-of-a-kind gifts and home decor -- often created by some really talented local artisans. I always am able to find the ideal gift here, but what really makes me come back to New England Crafters is the kind, warm customer service offered by its owners, sisters Pam MacNeil and Linda Lindsay. Just like those old school local stores from back in the day, Pam and Linda are always so helpful, take interest in their customers, and clearly value each person that comes into their store. Truth be told, I just don't see this kind of pride of ownership too much anymore, so it's really a revelation to experience this feeling every time we shop here. The formula works quite well, as New England Crafters has been in business 21 years. I really can't say enough good things about New England Crafters, but the key takeaways here are that it's great to shop at a non-generic store with unique gifts while receiving such pleasant, knowledgeable customer service.
