I have been a patient of Dr. Karim for many years. She is a kind, caring, compassionate doctor who always listens. If you have a question she always gets back to you. She is very thorough and addresses all your concerns. Dr. Karim is a wonderful doctor and a lovely person who genuinely cares.
There seems to be a new front desk staff. It is a drastic contrast from the old friendly faces that made you feel welcome and important. I hope that situation improves but my review is for Dr. Hana Karim.
Dr. Thompson was my primary care for 20 years before I had to switch because of a job change. She is attentive and caring and takes her time with you. You don’t feel like you are being rushed through the appointment and you never have to wait long to see her.
