David arrived at my residence as scheduled and was very professional and pleasant. He explained the entire installation process to include necessary precautions to assure that the new windshield adhered without fault. I too highly recommend Innovative Auto Glass for your auto glass solutions.

Even though there is currently a shortage of car parts, both Dave and Karla were able to find a specialized windshield for my Range Rover Velar. Dave is detailed and thorough in his work, and Karla is competent, diligent, and nice.

Dave showed up early to the appointment and finished in less time than he quoted. I will be using Dave and Karla's business in the future if needed!

Not only did they deliver on all of these fronts, but they also took the initiative to advocate for me to my car insurance when they felt that Geico mislabeled my claim. They came highly recommended from friends and they are the auto glass installer of choice for my local Volkswagen dealership. If I ever need auto glass work again, they will be my no question first stop! Highly recommend!
