I was fortunate to have Rose pack this delicate instrument. Rose did a fantastic job of packing this item. It arrived in perfect condition. You have a tremendous resource there in Wellesley!

The level of customer service she provides is unparalleled, and it translates to the rest of her staff and the whole customer experience. The staff is honest, unbiased, and thorough. They'll take care of you. I don't live in Wellesley but this is the only place I come to.

Rose and Darlene are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and focused on meeting all your shipping needs. They're dog friendly too and this just adds an extra special touch to my visit, especially when they come around the counter with a warm greeting and a treat. Two thumbs up, and keep it up!!
