(November 22, 2019, 8:54 pm)Very professional, honest and friendly. I went to him to have my couch cushions restuffed. I was quoted a reasonable price and dropped the cushions off. When I returned to pick them up, he explained that the padding in my cushions were not as bad as I thought, and he gave me another solution which not only met my expectations, but cost almost half of the quoted price. That honesty and integrity is sadly rare these days, and I am so fortunate to have found Mr. DiCarlo. I will definitely return for any future services I need.
(June 3, 2019, 6:30 am)They did a fantastic job in shortening one end of our sectional after a misinformed craigslist buy. We would never have known the couch was longer at one point in its life. The only downsides would be no formal invoice and communication timing was a little short notice most times, but these were minor compared to the workmanship.
