when inside there and had very friend saleswoman friendly helpful let me take all the time I needed picking out special rugs and they had them cut & trimmed perfectly.

I worked for this carpet cleaning company for 14 years. I've moved on to another career, so I have nothing to gain from this. This is a company that truly truly cares about their customers. Their priority is to do a great job.. that's it. Other companies want to get into your house and use that as an opportunity to gut you with upselling and fancy sales techniques. You will never be pressured by Kennedys technicians, you will never be bullied into something you don't need. This is a great family business, and it was an honor to be part of it.
the man that came to my house did a great job ..very polite only complaint was they showed up very late and interfered with dinner but the awesome job done n the politeness made up 4 the late showing
