This is this first time I have met Dr. Frederickson and although he had just come from an unexpected emergency surgery which caused him to be a bit late to all his office visits and for his appointment with me, he was very thorough and professional. He took time with me listening and writing down what I told him. I felt comfortable and I felt like he actually cared about helping me feel better. He did all necessary paper work right away and explained very clearly what I needed done and what would help immediately. His assistant was kind as well and although because of the days circumstance and time crunch, had a lot extra on her plate, she was also did a wonderful job taking care of me. Thank you!
