A++ service. Everyone makes clothes, but service is what SEPARATES the PROFESSIONAL from the LOSERS. Bob exemplifies what it means to be a PROFESSIONAL! 95% of service is NON VERBAL. Go see him at Brooks Brothers. If you're NOT SATISFIED I suggest you reevaluate your priorities!

This is a Brooks Brothers mens and women's store. Good selection. Plenty of parking.

Since some of the reviews weren’t so good, here’s my experience. I went in to buy a suit and was helped right away. I got what I thought I wanted and left. I bought two suits. After review I realized I didn’t like the style of the suits, not because they were bad but because of how I was going to use them (solids for casual vs. patterns for business). The next day I came back to return them. The return process was super easy. Not only that, but the guy that helped me really knew his stuff. I left with exactly what I wanted.

I saw some reviews that said they did not get great service, all I can say is that I did great great service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
