(January 17, 2019, 5:55 pm)I ordered a snowboard over the phone on January 16 and the next day Jan 17 it arrived(I live in NY). Ashley took my order, explained everything and made sure I had the snowboard by the weekend and included some stickers. Top level customer service, and very knowledgeable about all Burton products. Burton is a great company, but people like Ashley make it superb !!! Thank you!!!
