Our windows came out so beautifully. Our neighbors can't stop complimenting them. I would like to to thank general manager James Goodwin who helped me realize this project from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with at Newpro was helpful and friendly. The windows were installed even earlier than the predicted time line. The installers were quiet and efficient. Newpro was the perfect choice for our needs to replace windows without losing the original look of our home. I would recommend Newpro to any homeowner who cares about getting a great quality product and having their home and their family treated with the utmost respect.

We had a minor issue with the caulking on the tub which was quickly resolved. Very impressed with the rapid response!

We just had our shower updated recently and we could not be happier! Dave surpassed our expectations by not only giving us a beautiful upgrade but in less than 8 hours!! We no longer have to worry about water getting behind the walls and grout falling off constantly from our previous shower, which was updated by another contractor before we moved in.
