“I needed the perfect outfit to wear to my mother's surprise birthday party but couldn't find anything at my local Lane Bryant store, so they suggested I try the outlet store explaining that they often carry items that they don't have. I finally got there and was I in for a big surprise! Of course I had excellent customer service, as I do in all Lane Bryant stores... practically a personal shopper! And I agreed to try things on that were not the kind of thing I would usually pick out. She brought me the first outfit... I wanted to say "no!"... but I had agreed to at least try it on... and I'm glad that I did! When I came out of the changing room, not only the employee, but a friend who had come along with me... AND other shoppers in the store all said, "That's the one!" On the first try! I want exactly sold on it, but it usually takes me a few to get used to a new outfit... and... it just happened to be in my mother's favorite colors! SOLD! Thank God I don't live closer or I would be broke! So... two ????'s up for me! Definitely worth the drive! AND... to top it off... I SPENT HALF OF WHAT I WOULD HAVE AT A REGULAR STORE!”

“It is my go-to place and I buy most of my clothes from Calvin Klein. Most of the time they have deals for example: 15% off on purchase of $100 or more. They have a variety of clothing to offer, both for men and women. I prefer buying Tees, jackets, jeans and shirts and perfumes sometimes. Staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend you to register your email ID and subscribe to their offer emails. You can get extra discounts of $20 or so on every purchase of more than certain amount.”

“I had an issue with a gift set of pumas drift cat 3s I believe at this location. The person had gotten me my correct shoe size with literally single brand but was too small for me with that particular shoe and painful to wear. I though maybe it was just a break in period or so so I wore them once and had to buy another pair of shoes the day I wore them because they were so painful I couldn't finish wearing them out that day. You brought them back to this location and told them what had happened and had to contact the customer service line which I did in store due to the policy about no returns on worn shoes. I made no leeway, but I think the manager understood I was being sincere I didn't need a refund I just needed the next half size up I did like the shoes just for some reason I think pumas run smaller than most other brands. She did let me swap out and I have now grown some brand loyalty I am wearing the pumas I swapped for today and don't have any of the issues I had with the half size smaller 100 % definalty a good shoe. I'm usually a nike air force kind of person and some Adidas. Next time I am looking to purchase a pair of sneakers I will highly consider puma as a place to look.
