“Very professional, polite and friendly staff in this small dental operation. Went in for a cracked tooth that needed major work to repair or replace and I was given no additional stress through the state of the art diagnostic review of the damages. Several solutions were presented, all of different cost and long term quality but absolutely no pressure was applied for the so called 'up-sale'. Just the pro's and con's of each of the solutions which I was then comfortable with choosing which way to go. Thank you! The final, single most important aspect I could mention is, this is truly a pain free operation. Great lengths are taken to provide absolute minimum discomfort with any of the services provided. I have made multiple visits catching up with neglected dental maintenance due to the headache of doing a cross country relocation and have no regrets being lucky enough to find this gem of a practice very close to our home.”

“Ok, so prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Shwartzman, I very much disliked my trips to the dentist. Whether it was a routine cleaning or to have a bothersome tooth filled I just didn't enjoy my time in the chair. The sound of the drill made my body tense up to the point where I began to sweat - no kidding! It was always a miserable experience for me. That all changed when a friend of mine recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Shwartzman. During my very first visit to their Canton office, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and at home the entire staff made me feel. We joked and laughed about my prior dentist experiences and Dr. Shwartzman even shared a story about one of her patients who had the habit of falling asleep in the dentist chair. I remember thinking, "well, that will never be me!" Folks, I can honestly say that is me today...I am so comfortable and trusting in the Dr's work that I have fallen asleep in her chair while she was drilling away on my teeth. The best part is that along with being comfortable and without fear, my teeth look great! ”
