“I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I have had at Dr. NAfash’s practice. It starts when you walk in the door to a clean and modern office. Then at the reception desk the most up to date electronics make your check in quick and efficient. The receptionist is extremely knowledgeable and always has a smile and pleasantness to her patients. The wait fo your appointment has always been reasonable. The Dr’s assistant and staff are all nice, efficient and give 110% to the patient. Now the tough part - actually having the dentist start working. We’ll sit back in their ultra modern red leather heat and massage chair. Have your X-rays performed painlessly- they use a new technique that is amazing. Ok now the dreaded Novocain - but no pain - during or after . I am accustomed to a sore mouth for a day or two aft r the injection at th sites of the injection. Now surgery on 3 teeth - many injections - still no pain. The dentist then call d me at 9 pm to check in on me.The next morning he texted and called and gave me his cell in case I needed to speak with him. This is standard practice for his surgery patients. All I can compare this over and above consideration is “if a patient had an outpatient heart and lung transplant they would not receive a call”. Far fetched but the extra care is missing in our medical practices today. It reduces the anxiety of what if. I give this practice 10+ stars. Oops I just got another text from the Dr saying to keep him posted if I experience any problems.”
