“I am the mother of 3 year old twin girls and we recently took them to their first dental appointment at South Shore Children's Dentistry on 1/29/19. The care we received from the welcome at the door, to the treasure chest presents at the end was phenomenal. The front desk administrative staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was filled with activities that were warm, inviting and not intimidating at all. There was a special personal touch with a shout out to both my daughters on the wall, entitled "Welcome to our new friends" and their names were listed, which was special and fun! As this was their first experience with the dentist, I really had no idea what to expect. When I made the appointment, the receptionist gave me the choice of having the girls appointments in tandem or one after the other. I chose the tandem option and it was a great option. Lisa and Mary truly made the experience easy, fun and comforting for the girls. The advice and feedback was also helpful for as the parent, and it was much appreciated. The girls saw Dr. G that day and really felt very comfortable with the whole experience, which was quick and painless. The treasure chest hunt at the end was great and rounded out the whole experience as fun and inviting. The girls are looking forward to their next visit. Thank you to all who made this experience fun!”
