“My family and I have been searching for a good personal trainer for a couple of years. We had tested out numerous sites on the south shore until we found John. He is very attentive, shows you proper techniques, takes the time to schedule your personalized workout before each class, teaches for a full hour, is consistently checking your technique, has years of experience, and is very reasonably priced. If you have hunted around like we have, you’ll know that these traits are often the complete opposite of many trainers who: look bored, spend more time watching other people in the gym, use a stock training program, train you for 25 minutes then expect you to work out on your own for the other 35 minutes, are inexperienced, and are very overpriced. Overall I give John Greene’s training five stars and highly recommend him.”

“Bud is a GENTLEMAN ! In this gym you learn how to box, the proper way, no aerobic classes here. Buds love and knowledge of boxing are beyond, his gym is a community where more experience boxers go out of their way to share and help. Training is one on one or in small groups of 2 or 3. “My grandmother has been coming to National Physical Therapy in Stoughton for about 2 years. Everyone at this location, from the therapists to the front desk staff, are friendly, professional, and accommodating. My grandmother does aqua therapy in their warm, salt-water pool and it has truly benefitted her. She looks forward to her appointments every week. Most notably, she had never swam (or even experienced floating) before in her life. Kim and her intern at time helped my Nana challenge herself, face her fears, and do something that she never thought she could ever do! She leaves PT feeling strong, supported, and cared about.
