Sometimes we are down a washer and dryer but we still have two more. So can't really complain. Super clean complex. Assigned parking is wonderful and they did a great job with snow removal.”

If you have a maintenance problem, they are quick to respond and will fix anything before they leave the apartment. “Reached out to Workspace@45 for more information regarding a dedicated desk and received a call within a few minutes from Justin Moran(Owner) Right off the bat, I could tell Justin was the type of Owner/Operator who was hands on and responsive to his clients. The following morning Justin and I met at the Canton office for a tour. After the tour, I chose to sign up for the monthly dedicated desk. Signing up was easy and I was at my desk working within a few minutes. The office is very clean and full of friendly folks. There is an awesome deli across the hall with very reasonably priced food which I liked to go to. Unfortunately, as the months went on I was only able to utilize my desk once or twice a week. It made sense to tell Justin to cancel my monthly membership. Justin totally understood my situation and the cancellation process was seamless. Now, I just email Justin and let him know I am utilizing the office on that specific day and he bills me for it. I highly recommend Workspace@45 and anyone looking for an office or shared office space for the long or short term.”
