Most hairdressers "don't get it right" the first time (if ever)... the highlight color was PERFECT, she colors to the root & even takes the time to do the foiling right. The haircut was equally perfect with longer layers that I requested but she still gave it her own nice style. Lauren is very experienced, and is an all around wonderful & caring person!
