Not only were they able to provide the new tire and install it quickly first thing in the morning, but because we had the very reasonably priced roadside assistance from buying tires there before, it cost about a third of what I was expecting to pay. “Alvin Hollis was super helpful at a time of need for us. We were without heat, hot water, etc. from a boiler issues. They typically don't sign on net new customers, but because of our dire circumstances they helped us out. We signed on as a new oil consumer with them and they installed the boiler within 48 hours notice. A Manager (Joe) drove out to our house to get everything setup within hours of our call. Overall, very impressed by their customer loyalty and due diligence to help us out in a great time of need.”
