“I would like to thank Kyle and the entire staff for the great experience I had at Personal Best. They were very professional, caring, and encouraging. I had two knee surgeries within 8 mos. I went to them after having a slow recovery from my first surgery. Kyle was able to alleviate the pain and build up the strength in my knee, however, he and Emily recognized that I was not progressing as I should. They suggested I go back to see a doctor. They were spot on as there was a complication that required another surgery. After the second surgery, I knew exactly where I was going for my P.T. “This place is great!!!! The people are nice and friendly, the sandwiches are great, the soups are fantastic!! My husband and I used to own a breakfast and lunch and I hate to say it but we had fantastic food and even more fantastic soups but Anne'sdefinitely are as good as ours were!!! I just moved in Norfolk about 4 months ago and I visit this place at least once a week. If you haven't been there yet you have to try it and the prices are excellent.”

“Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a doctors office from start to finish. I had an eye emergency while home visiting family and Dr. Tom and his extremely friendly staff made room in their schedule for me right away. When I called, I was able to talk to a real person, not an automated service so that was fantastic. Dr. Tom was awesome - super nice and easy going and explained everything so I knew what to expect. He even checked on me each day over the holiday weekend and made sure to see me before I headed back to TN. We are moving back to MA in a few months and I can’t wait to become a full time patient!!”
