“I have to be honest, usually when I go into this Lowe's it is very difficult to find help however very recently since the Quincy Lowe's has shut down there are more staff on the floor. I had to visit Lowe's twice in one week. And both times the service was absolutely over-the-top incredible. I had a question about a faucet that I needed answered and the girl in the department who introduced herself to me couldn't have been more helpful unfortunately I forget her name and the following week I needed help with wiring a hard wire smoke detector and the gentleman who helped me out was unbelievably friendly and helpful and right when he told me what to do”
