To preface this I was not able to go on the day I was getting my pig, I had to send my brother in to get it. His first statement is that it is a legitimate slaughter house where if you walk in you can see a pig getting its jugular cut. They also congratulated him for not passing out. Now some people might have a problem with that and its understandable, however I find that if I am going to eat it and I can't look at it in its face then I don't deserve it. Now all that aside, what I ordered from them was a pig butterflied open and I got just that. The only reason that its not a 5 star review is because the only other place I have ever gone to cleaned it out and drained it better from being slaughtered the day before and not that day. However great place and I am definitely ordering from them again.

I have come here a couple times now great down to earth people. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Excellent job on the animals i have ordered.
