Pete is very amazing. He was very warm and welcoming from our first phone call, to when I entered his store and made my very first purchase. I asked him MILLIONS of questions over the span of about 2 hours, and he gracefully answered without hesitation. Anything I asked, that he wasn't 100% sure about, he provided me resources and researched information with me to provide some content or direction. Bought a new Sig P365 for a summertime carry gun yesterday. My usual every day carry is slightly larger and heavier than I’d like for hot weather in shorts and t- shirts. Nice shop, good inventory, good prices. Service was excellent. Not my first firearms purchase. Pete made all the paperwork quick and painless. With good conversation while I waited. As a first time gun buyer, I was a little nervous having only the knowledge that I gained from the internet. Pete, the owner, has set up the perfect customer experience.

First, he is great at responding to email and his online inventory was accurate. Second, he is setup so that you have his undivided attention while you are there. Scheduling my appointment was easy to do online. Pete let's the phone go to voicemail while you are in the shop. (Which is why email is great if you have questions.)

I immediately felt comfortable. He answered every question I had and was happy to teach me about topics that I inquired about. In my opinion he has a great selection and if he doesn't have it, he can get it.

I will definitely be a loyal customer and would be happy to refer anyone to email questions or set up an appointment.
