Came in looking to instantaneously get my hands on a galaxy note 9+, fully expecting no stores within a 25-50 mile radius to have them in stock anywhere...and anyone having ever done biz with them knows that such a request is a bit of reaming know as a fact, that at least i myself have ever encountered as no associate ever really cared ir cares that mucv that much to ignore their system clains of those stores not having any i stock, and ibstead calling them all to see if one of tgem either recently received one and had not yet registered it as received by their into the system, or worst case scenario, having to settle for used if need be , calling all around once again just to see if they had possibly quite literally at the very moment had any coming in from a customer backing out and just now returning or just comin in from a repo. And anyone who has ever done biz with Rent-A-Center at any point in time, knows already that asking their assoc to do all that is ridiculously silly as all of my experiences with similar encounters with Rent-A- enter associates have all come to a very quick no giving up after calling 2 stores. But not the associate that helped me at this location. Without me asking or even suggesting anything that calling a bunch of many surrounding stores was what i was hoping could be done. No instead, without prompt immediately after she saw her ststem said there werent any in stock between brockton and the closest being cambridge, she had recognized my willingness to drive all the way for it if thats my only option, prompting her to go on that wild hunt for me! After abount 4 phones, ended up finding out that the next closest location, (literally 2 city blocks north the same stret theyre on), just literally had a brand new one come and and asked them to hold it for me. And where most other associates, would have very willingly passed on the the paperwork burden on to that location, she instead made sure eveything that could possibly be done in her store was and explained that she had done so to kindly ensure that I would not get over there just to be told they already leased it out within the mere 5 mins it took me to get over there. Only according if to every encounter & experience with whatever Rent-A-Center's associates, i can truly say that that rad the first time i had actually gained something as their "customer" instead of usually just feeling like, as usual, that i am omly functional for them to continuously generate steadily incrwasi g and more rapid paymenta from as much as possible.
