(March 5, 2018, 8:51 pm)My visit, to Kool Smiles from day one has been great - Samantha was so friendly and courteous and the Dr. who spoke with me about my teeth after the e-ray was, also very friendly and kind. Upon my follow-up for extracting my teeth D.A. Veronica, was so pleasant and informative on the procedure. She was an all around nice person to have a conversation with before and after the numbing - which made me more comfortable and relaxed. My dentist, Dr. Yu was very gentle with the procedure all together.
Thank you - team for making me feel very comfortable during my first, my second, and all my future visits. Also, I learned of your facility from my brother in-law - whom his sister is also a patient, of Kool Smiles. So as a walk-in - I am pleased. Thank each of you!!! -

(January 30, 2018, 1:46 pm)My 2 boys go to Kool smiles. I love the office manager Pauline. She is so awesome. While we were there one day she was making coffee for everyone in the waiting room. She is great. The rest of the staff are very nice, they are accommodating to people’s needs. AND NOW THEY DO BRACES!!! WHAT!!!!

(August 17, 2017, 8:19 am)My dentist referred us to another Orthodontist. After going there twice within 6 months or so, I was informed they didn't take our insurance for the actual braces. I called and looked online and found Kool Smiles and that they accepted our insurance. The two times I had to bring my 12 year old daughter have been easy and everyone we had interactions with have been nice to us. My daughter can't wait to get her braces!
