Dr. Britt L. Pena, MD

Dr. Pena has seen my daughter on many occasions, both for well visits and sick days. She is very professional and listens to everything I say. I always feel like she hears me and wants me to succeed at being a parent. I appreciate her approach to my daughter's care. Dr. Kay was my pediatrician and he has selected two very good doctors to join him in practice. I am completely confident in the care I receive from Dr. Pena.

All the doctors nurses and staff have been more than kind and understanding not only to me but also to my children in the 2 years I have been going there--with one exception-- Dr Pena. I once had great respect for her, however during a recent visit Her behavior became very unprofessional. Dr Pena lacks compassion and the ability to be relational toward her patients, and she can be very condescending.
She makes snap decisions and judgements that are based on how she "feels". It's her way or the highway. Don't even think about trying to have a discussion with her regarding the possibility of other options.
