It's the lack of QUALITY customer service for me. When you walk in, you're presence is barely acknowledged until they're done talking amongst themselves. GREET PATRONS WHEN THE ENTER!! Back-of-house complications can be discussed with your peers AFTER you tend to the customer!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service 101.
I have had brain surgery and have a stint in my brain, so I can never find dentists willing to help me... I went in for an emergency with two toothache's Dr. Paul (wonderful woman) called and got the medical clearance to go ahead and pull not only the two that were hurting but another bad tooth, she also made a treatment and I will be returning next week, and will have a mold made for a brand new smile! I AM SO GRATEFUL AND CANT EVEN PUT IT INTO WORDS HOW GREAT THEY WERE! Thank you Dr. Paul!!!
