  Kim is amazing! I love her holistic approach of looking at the entire person vs. just the physical cause. She really listens and has so many tools up her sleeve to help! I have been seeing her for the past few months and she has given me exercising to help with a hamstring injury and the dry needling on my shoulders + hips has worked wonders! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  I highly recommend Dr. Harvey for physical therapy as well as reiki sessions. She is a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. I suffered from persistent leg pain for about a year before I saw her after trying a couple other therapies. A few doctors told me to stop weightlifting or doing certain exercises to make the pain go away. I am now the strongest I have ever been doing those same exercises thanks to Kimberly. Her office is also very cozy and clean!

  Honestly, everyone should probably to go to Vella Strength & Healing! Kim is the best, whether you want to see her for purely physical therapy or if you’re looking to integrate in more holistic aspects of wellness and healing, you need to make an appointment! Kim is knowledgeable, empathetic, and realllllllly good at her job. After the FIRST session I immediately felt better! And even better, you don’t have to ask your doctor for a cute permission slip to go here to heal your body 🙌🏻 10/10 recommend Vella Strength and Healing!

  I have only been seeing Kim for about a month now, but I can honestly say I have never felt better. As a bodybuilder and athlete, I have found myself in a deep hole of consistent aches and pains for both my shoulder and hip. Kim was able to pint point certain motor movements that needed correction and weak spots, as well as immediately address the pain I have been enduring for 5+ years. My favorite part of her practice is her holistic approach and using multiple strategies (dry needling, PT, stretching, energy work) to heal her patients. I have been to conventional physical therapy where I am just told what to do, not very well informed, and feel like a hopeless patient. Dr. Harvey WORKS WITH MY NEEDS, allows me to continue activity, is so informative and ensure I understand what is going on with my body and works with my schedule. I can't recommend her enough!!!!

  I have been seeing Kimberly for my ankle recovery after having a complicated surgery and spending 8 weeks in a cast. Kimberly has been so motivating and encouraging every step of the way. I have seen amazing results from my one-on-one PT sessions. Kimberly has given me so many home stretches and strengthening exercises in addition to the manual manipulation and exercises that we do at my visits. I knew that I was making great progress but I was so encouraged when I went for my most recent follow up with the surgeon. He was very pleased with my mobility and impressed with the work that I am doing in PT. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Kimberly! I highly recommend Vella Strength & Healing!!
