The owner, Sam, has one of the biggest hearts I've ever met and it helped me through a difficult time in my life. I would recommend attending her yoga sessions to get to know her and watch your life change for the better. The Center's yoga classes are more than just exercise classes. They provide a way to improve and heal your life while getting to experience Sam's fun and interesting perspective on life.
