  Our experience working with Mark and Heather and the staff at Reeds was exceptional. There was no pressure, just helpful guidance. They took time to listen to what we had in mind, had incredible patience and let me try on many different designs and styles until we found the right one! Thank you for adding extra joy and sparkle to our special anniversary!

  Mark and Heather were just the best when helping me deal with some Estate Jewelry. They were friendly, patient, kind and very informative. Never did I feel rushed, considering I had a fair amount of jewelry to discuss. They gave me good advice on how to deal with the jewelry. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or just want advice on Jewelry to stop by Reeds in Duxbury and see Heather or Mark. Great experience and their Website is very user friendly.

  Had an great diamond buying experience [engagement ring! ] . Mark and heather were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with! No stress, no pressure, just let Mark know the price range I am in and boy did he deliver! found .7 carat that looked like it was at least a 1.0 . needless to say she said yes and loves it! Cant say enough about Mark and Heather - telling everyone about them!

  My (new) husband and I stopped into Reed's for the first time on the day of our engagement, and thank god we did! Heather and Mark helped us pick out our wedding bands and a stunning engagement ring that Mark was able to alter slightly to fit my specific taste. They helped us stay in our budget and still get the rings we dreamed of! They are such a pleasure to work with and are knowledgeable in every area of the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  I work with Reeds on all my watches for maintenance and repairs. I have had them change and adjust the bands, change batteries, do up keep, and all other maintenance of my collection. I also have bought several pieces from them in time. I will be in to buy more in the future and I am picking up my watch tomorrow/dropping one off. I am so glad to have them to trust with my pieces.
