Ashland Farm Dairy is owned by Amanda and George Latini, the current owners of Monponsett Inn in Halifax. George Thomas Gill and his brothers Henry, Billy and Joe owned the original Ashland Farms in Holbrook. George was named after his grandfather and worked on the farm as a child.
