They're a little smaller than the big GM dealership in the other H town nearby, but their service deals are better, wait times are better, scheduling is easier, and I find them to be very personable as well. Brought my 2018 Chevy equinox in for regular recommended service over labor day weekend, and it was a breeze. Elijah was a pleasure to work with.
If I had one suggestion it would be to run cars through a quick wash after service. That's a nice touch that would be greatly appreciated and go a long way towards establishing long-term service relationships. -

Elijah my service representative takes care of my vehicles needs. Today I brought both vehicles in for maintenance service, did it quickly and done professionally. Great dealership to get service. Richard in particular was Phenomenal. I've never had the pleasure of dealing with such a pleasant car salesman in my life. Overall Great car buying experience. Steve and Brian couldn't have been more helpful with helping me choose the most perfect vehicle for our family. Then when we went to financing, Kevin took such good care of us. Made sure we were getting the best deal possible and really put us at ease with the payments and options. Thank you all that work at Prime GMC.
