She identified my separation and we talked about which program would be best for me (private vs. duo vs. small group). I went with the duo and I really liked the format. Nadine has worked with so many clients that she has seen it all and can easily identify specific issues and tailor the exercises for you. She is so quick to reply and is always available for questions as you go through your week of at home exercises. The way she progresses the program goes at the perfect pace and it really works when you commit yourself to following her plan. This was so valuable to me and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.”

“ILoveKickboxing was not what I expected! Going into my first class I did not realize how much work you actually put in! It's more than just kicking and punching! It's a FULL body work out! The workers are SO enthusiastic! At first I was taken back as I'm not really an enthusiastic person at first but by the end of class Taylor really pulled me out of my comfort zone in a good way! I felt like I actually got a good work out unlike spending hours at the gym! When Taylor discusses the membership I was first hesitant because of the price but I decided to go with it and commit to a life style change!
