The coaches are wonderful whether you are beginner or a veteran. The thing I love most about Cynergy is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel part of the group right away. I strongly recommend Cynergy to people of all ages and fitness level. You won't regret giving it a try!

When I saw it on TV, I said to myself “NO WAY can I do that”, well I was determined to try, and after more research I found this amazing place. Now, YES I can do that! I joined at age 50! The coaches are exceptional, and patient and will adapt any movement so you can make the most of your work out. At Cynergy CrossFit, you just don’t break a sweat, you also break bread, because these people become your friends!

(April 11, 2018, 3:34 pm)Most people associate CrossFit with very fit people that have six pack abs and toned bodies because this is what we see on TV and social media. This makes it feel intimidating and you think I could never do that or look like that! At Cynergy CrossFit they have something for everyone. No matter the age or physical fitness level. Best of all there's a secret to the whole thing; It's in the community! Whether you have just gotten your first ever pull up or you just did 50 everyone will be there supporting you and congratulating you. You will come for the workouts and stay for the community. Other than that this place is clean and well organized. All the staff are very knowledgeable and they make sure everyone is safe. Definitely give them a try, who knows maybe you'll catch me working out (at 5am every weekday)
