  I love the hands on personal attention I receive. The ladies in my class are fun and friendly. I love walking in and being greeted by the instructors with a big smile and lots of enthusiasm! The exercises are fun and they change them up and make it interesting.
  If you have any physical limitations like a bad knee or shoulder they are great about working around that.
  It is more money than some of the large clubs. But we’ll worth it for the personal attention and a real “no judgement zone”!!!

  I went to Get in Shape for years. I loved the trainers and the program. Not only did I lose weight, but my health improved greatly. I miss the camaraderie of the women I worked out with. I would still be there , but I moved South. Do it for yourself. It’s worth it.

  Quickly saw results. Friendly encouraging knowledgeable trainers who can quickly adjust and adapt exercises to meet individual skills and limitations. I have lost almost 40 pounds and am active with marked improvement in mobility and level of fitness

  Small class size (max 4 per session) allows for individualized instruction from trainer. Session by appointment makes for accountability..while also providing flexibility..love all the trainers at the Hingham location
