Great variety of classes with great instructors. The studio is beautiful and has all the equipment you'd need for class.
From my experience, heated Power Yoga, Renew & Restore, Muscle Conditioning, and Renew & Relax -- all are amazing classes, led by the best instructors. You'll feel like a million bucks when you're done - mind, body, and soul.
Love it here! I go sporadically and it always feels like a treat; the teachers are great and work well with all levels. Great workout but also very relaxing!

Super friendly and knowledgeable instructors. They offer more than yoga! There is a class for any mood you’re in... I love the muscle conditioning classes- no regrets canceling my gym membership. Highly recommend
