    Nice historical area. Cool spot for pictures and just to walk the dogs. Be careful of broken glass.

    What an amazing place! You can walk all over the ruins and even inside this historic garrison. Some areas are quite dark which gives a sort of spelunking feel to exploring the area. This area is not wheelchair accessible as the only ways down into the actual fort are narrow stairways (keep in mind this is a historic preservation area so accessibility could not be added). The fort is a tad hard to find if you don't know where to look for it. The highest ramparts let you look out over all of Hull and you can see the Boston Lighthouse and the Brewster Islands.

    It is a nice little park. There are the remains of a fort that was active from the Revolutionary War until shortly after WWII. It is on the top of a hill with a great view of Boston Light and the outer harbor islands. Well worth checking out if you are in the area.
