  The Waterman Company is a wonderful company they hit the job hard they stayed with it and finished it very clean very professional great communication . I used many roofing companies throughout the years on my properties the Waterman company is one of the best in the representative Dan did a great job explaining each step of the process.   Extremely professional from estimate to completion of my roofing project. Kept agreed upon schedule, and the quality of product used and installation was amazingly top notch. Clean up post roofing installation was impeccable. Will be recommending this contractor to family and friends.

  I chose Waterman Building for an in depth roof job that needed lots of trim work and new plywood under the shingles due to rot on a multifamily we have. I used them because they did great work on a relatives roof that only needed shingles and new ice protection. Waterman came in at about $1000 more dollars than most other companies we called, but we liked their referral from a friend and I like that they have a 10year warranty on labor and 30 year on materials when you select Owens Corning shingles.
  
  Here's what to expect, the roofing crew came in and did a hell of a job on installing new planks where needed, and new ply across the entire roof. They did well with the single application as well.
  
  Where I wasn't impressed is with the trim work. This may be because I haven't paid someone to do a roof before, but I was surprised at some things I had to ASK them to do. When I showed up the day the job was being completed, I saw some trim covering that wasn't fixed and some trim work that wasn't really up to par. The trim work that wasn't up to par remains, since it was done at least. The trim that wasn't repaired at all was fixed once I asked them. The response was "we weren't told to do that piece, I thought it was weird too" (almost verbatim). It was a little disappointing that when I'm paying for supposedly the best guys around, I had to ask them to bend up a 5$ piece of aluminum to finish off the trim.
  
  In short, I can't say enough good things about the ACTUAL ROOF part of the job, that crew did a great job. The trim work was average at best. The customer service was good. One of the guys doing trim actually helped me put a piece of downspout up because my ladder couldn't reach, which was super helpful. Don't expect the grounds or attic to be cleaned well with the debris from their work. I asked the trim work team to take care of that on the last day and they said they would, but they must have forgotten about it because it wasn't touched.
  
  I would recommend them, but it might not be worth spending more than any other company to use them. I attached some pictures of the trim to show examples of the work.
  
  UPDATE: Was not contacted as stated in their rebuttal to the review. It's been a month.

  They did a great job on our new roof, very professional company, showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day. And they guarantee there work 100%. A pleasure to do business with!!!

  We chose Waterman Building and Remodeling for a roof replacement. We have used them in the past for other remodeling and were very impressed, so we knew we’d be happy with their roof work as well. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, and got the job done in one day, as promised. They cleaned up all debris, as if no one had ever been there. The roof looks great and the customer service was great, as always! I always recommend Waterman for anyone that needs a roof and will continue to do so! Thank you!
