I chose the in-patient program to help catapult me to the beginning of a self-caring, mindful journey. The doctors/staff/nurses/MHE staff, are obviously well-trained and motivated daily in teaching, explaining and providing guidance on how to use the coping skills, a day at a time. The partial program will be the catalyst, for me, to a more serene and healthy life. Learning positive psychology and developing positive thought patterns to change behaviors. So many helpful tools!
