Bob Whalen is the inspector and commissioner.he is too the point, no b/s. Also he is pretty fast to turn around and produce your permit or whatever you may be asking of him... it of rated him 5 stars. But I felt that he Could have taken a bit of time and listend to my side of the stories facts,pertaining too a few particular situations.
